In recent years Rosemary Cochrane has been exploring a new creative direction using the medium of silver metal “clay”. Her new silver work was first shown in 2014 in a shared exhibition entitled “Silver and Thread” at at Newark Park National Trust Property, Gloucestershire.
Rosemary gained a BA (hons) degree in 3D Design (Wood Metal & Ceramics) and established her reputation as a maker over thirty years as a salt-glaze potter. She is the author of Salt-Glaze Ceramics published in 2001.
Rosemary lives in Monmouthshire and works from home where her Potting Shed now doubles as a Silver Studio.
